You love the challenges? Then you’ve come to the right place at FLAGSTACK. There are already countless tasks for you and there will be more regularly! Each completed challenge will earn you additional points and will be rewarded with a special award.
What are POIs?
That’s easy – POIs are points of intrest! POIs are suggested by the players (also by you!?) to the Flagstack Headquarter (FHQ) by email. The FHQ then checks the proposals manually (!) and if all criteria are fulfilled, the POI will also be placed on the map.
Criteria for a POI are that these places are great and of public interest. Best of all, POIs have already been mentioned somewhere (e. g. a travel guide). There is no fixed distance to other POIs – but we make sure that there are not too many in one place.
What are local area badges?
LAB is the abbreviation for Local Area Badge. In German, however, this sounds “weird” – so much to the name. A LAB is a local challenge and is usually marked with special icons on the map as such. A LAB can usually be reached in one day.

COB is the abbreviation for Country Badge. In German, however, this also sounds “weird” – so much to the name. A COB is a challenge in the whole country and is usually marked with special icons on the map. A COB can usually not be reached in one day.
